This trademark application was worth more than half a year of donations and contributions from our small community and it's really sad to see their generosity being squandered because of some gratuitous legal action. 3/3

This is a potential threat to every Actual-Play show that exists. Just about very last one uses the phrase "Critical Hit", or "Critical Fail".

If this precedent gets set it's going to crush a lot of dreams for no good reason.
